El pasado del verbo to be no tiene formas contractas o reducidas para el afirmativo. Es decir, no puedes decir  I's  como reducción de I was o  You're  en lugar de You were.


En cambio, puedes usar contracciones en el negativo: I WASN'T en reemplazo de I was not y YOU WEREN'T en lugar de You were not.

2. She drew a mountain

 

3. They ate overnight

 

4. You ran in the morning

 

5. My mother made a cake

 

6. My sister did her homework

 

7. I studied English at the University

 

8. My pet jumped for 5 minutes
